These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LAYRR ("we", "us", or "our"), a platform that connects automation builders ("Automators") with human-in-the-loop task workers ("Operators").

By accessing or using LAYRR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Overview of Services

LAYRR provides a marketplace for:

• Automators to submit human-in-the-loop (HITL) tasks through integrations (e.g., n8n, custom APIs)
• Operators to complete tasks and earn credits
• All participants to deposit and withdraw funds using Stripe

You must be at least 18 years old to use LAYRR.

2. Accounts and Access

• To access the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials or impersonate others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Payments and Withdrawals

• Deposits are converted into platform credits.
• Credits can be used to request HITL tasks or earned by completing them.
• Withdrawals are available at any time and incur a 5% platform fee.
• Additional processing fees may be applied by Stripe based on your region and method of payout.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By using LAYRR, you also agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement if applicable.

4. Refund Policy

• LAYRR does not issue refunds for deposited funds. All deposits are final.
• You may withdraw unspent or earned credits at any time (less applicable fees).

5. Use of Platform

You agree to use LAYRR lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Submitting or accepting illegal, abusive, or deceptive tasks
• Using bots or automated systems to impersonate humans
• Harassing or exploiting other users
• Circumventing platform fees or abusing credit systems

We reserve the right to take action, including suspension or deletion of accounts, for any misuse of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

• All original content, branding, and software used in LAYRR are owned by us or licensed to us.
• Users retain ownership of the content they submit or create, but grant us a license to process and display it for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• LAYRR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that tasks will be completed, that human responses will be accurate, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
• Continued use of LAYRR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law principles.
